Iniciei esta série em Dezembro de 2005 - passados três anos ela se mantém fresca e renovada a cada novo trabalho. E me surpreende tanto agora quanto da primeira vez.

O título da série é uma referência explícita à Victory Boogie-Woogie. Com meus parcos meios tento me dedicar à determinada e inflexível aplicação ao formato do losango e em desestabilizar o plano pictórico, forçando-o a 'bailar' diante do olhar.

Embora tal coisa não tenha nenhuma importância aqui, também há uma música de Bob Dylan chamada Woogie-Boogie, no album Self Portrait, de 1970.
